How featured Karma works ?

What is Featured Karma ?
featured Karma is not different than normal Karma, but they are always on top page(only main page) for provide more attention & visibility to visitors.

What are the way for make Karma to be featured ?
There are two ways.
1) By Backlink
Featured Karma by giving Backlink to www.Ask4Hire.com to any web page, that got page rank(Google Page rank) more then one. once we got your request, our content editor will manually approve that Karma for being featured. you will be notified by the mail once your approved.
2) By Paying Fees.
If you have no any web page on a web, or not have enough page rank then you can make your Karma as featured by paying small fee (currently $5). in this case your Karma is instantly becomes featured, not approval required !!

What is Validity of featured Karma ?
currently we have set 5 days for this. after this time featured Karma will expire and gone to normal Karma. you can only make your Karma as featured one time in life time.

How featured Karma by Backlink and by paying fees are adjusted ?
We are allowing only 5 featured Karma per page. if there are 5 featured Karma then featured Karma by Paying fees option will disable, how ever by backlink option will be display. and the same way we will only approve backlink featured Karma when there are more then 5.

Can I make my karma as featured after some time and not when I enter it ?
yes. go to my karma (must be logged in!)page and edit your Karma.

Ask4Hire is now open to public registration, that means any one can now register (it's free!!) , & can enter talent what one can do for $5 and start generate revenue. doesn't matter your skill belongs to in which category. at present  we are offering 14 categories which you can find in site, how ever if you fill you want to add some of your talent but did not found appropriate category, please be hassle free and find form on site for request us for new category.

we are also allowing html links, email links in all our text box, that means buyer and seller can make their business out side ask4hire also. we have no any objection if you just use our service and deal out side ask4hire, but by that way your profile and your karma will not get more visibility in Ask4Hire. our system is depends on review system, more order via Ask4Hire, more review and your Karma gets more attention to people. for know more about how it works, go to here.

we are also very serious to handle spam activity. as we get any information from our users or from other sources, we immediately start investigating and takes action accordingly.  users are requested to read all our guidelines and terms of service before open an account.

what is our actual goal ?
The aim behind this project is to provide biggest platform for those Webbers whose activity is mostly online.  any one can find and insert outsource jobs, no office work required & each one can be their own boss!. initially we charging small fee as commission to maintain our resources, how ever our planning is to make this service completely free , and looking for other solutions to maintain Ask4hire. if you have any business proposal then you are heartly most welcome, contact us.
